The periodic table of the elements of the Administration, developed with a structure similar to the periodic table of the chemical elements of Mendeleev, where locations for 19 items in the table, are according to a vital precedence (where all elements are important, necessary and in force fully) that allow a better business organization, according to its creator prof Eng. Manuel Villanueva in 1998. As the first element of this design, is located the empathy element whose meaning focuses on the critical alturada. No one can or should criticize without knowing the facts and/or information.At the other end of the table is leadership, which must be exercised by a leader to carry out specific approaches and whose proposals are to effectively and efficiently improve the organization. It is evident that each of the elements incorporated by Professor Villanueva, are important in the work of the Administration, in its application to the company.

Observed containing 19 protection of the environment, as element without doubt is a concept that every administrator, employer, worker or professional know and apply in its activities inside and outside of work, have an environmental awareness. It must be taken into account that the adequate direction and supervision, ongoing training, coordination and cooperation and be kept in permanent communication and negotiation. On the other hand in a company must always be a delegation of functions and control of it, so that there is authority, innovation, responsibility and ethics of employees and flexibility by the leaders.
